Now, you can set your clinic status to “Busy” when you’re temporarily unavailable and cannot respond immediately to in-app messages. You can create and edit a busy message that pet owners will automatically see when they message your clinic, or request an appointment or Rx refill. Even when your status is set as “Busy”, your clinic can still send messages to pet owners.
Your clinic status indicator will also change from green to yellow when your clinic status is set to “Busy”. To remove the busy status message, simply set your clinic status to “Active”.
At the end of your clinic’s day, defined as after the closing time indicated in the “My Profile” tab in the clinic portal, your clinic status is automatically set to “Offline”. Pet owners will then see your clinic’s custom offline message. The clinic status will be set as “Offline” until your clinic reopens, when the status will be set as “Active” again.
