Appointments Page and Confirmation Release Notes

In our ongoing effort to help streamline your clinic’s operations, you will now be able to see both video consults and in-clinic appointments within the appointments section of your clinic portal. This update will help streamline interactions and bring important information front and center for quick and easy action. Below is a list of some of the new features of this release!

Enabling appointment confirmations will send a push notification to clients 2 days ahead of the scheduled appointment

Responses to the appointment confirmation will change the status of the appointment

Client ‘app status’ will be added so that you can easily see if someone already has the app

Use this info and the send invite button to quickly invite clients join the app

An alert badge will display if a client has a reward waiting to be redeemed

In-clinic appointments will now be included in the appointments screen with a new icon
