Defining Appointment Request Availability

In an effort to manage client expectations and to minimize appointment requests for days and times outside of your business hours, you now have more control of your appointment request settings.

We have enhanced the integration of appointment requests in the app to be in conjunction with the office hours that you have set in the clinic portal.

You also have the ability to define how early and how far out clients can request appointments.

Filter Unread Messages

We have made enhancements to the Messages Overview section to ensure that the appropriate time stamp order is applied to messages you receive in the in-app messenger.

We also added a filter option for unread messages so you can find your unread messages easily in one view.

You will still utilize the filter icon currently in the Messages Overview section, but you will see a new option.
